By accessing or using ChutAÍ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChutAÍ is a social prediction game for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Users predict match scores, earn virtual points based on accuracy, and compete on leaderboards within leagues.
ChutAÍ is not a gambling platform. No real money, cryptocurrency, or items of monetary value are wagered, won, or exchanged. All points are virtual and have no cash value.
3. Account Registration
To use ChutAÍ, you must sign in with a Google account. By doing so, you grant us permission to access basic profile information (display name, email address, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account or credentials with others.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or predictions through unfair means.
- Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software comprising ChutAÍ are owned by or licensed to ChutAÍ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
User-generated content (predictions, display names, league names) remains yours, but you grant ChutAÍ a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ChutAÍ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Match data, scores, and schedules are sourced from third parties and may contain errors. ChutAÍ is not responsible for inaccuracies in source data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChutAÍ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings, which will anonymize your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
